Monthly assessments are due and payable on the 1st day of each month regardless of whether or not you have received the coupon book or monthly statement. If payment is not received by the 10^th of the month, a late fee of $50 will be automatically imposed.

Checks should be made payable to the NEW YORK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION.

Please include a coupon along with your payment.  You may also drop off your payment to the Association's Management Office no later than the 8^th of the month.
