The Association provides a number of services through the Maintenance Department. The cost associated with this service is the responsibility of the unit owner and will be billed to the owner.

After office hours and for all emergency maintenance, please contact the Front Lobby Desk. (773) 883-2211

For all plumbing emergencies, call the Front Lobby Desk immediately.

Unit Owners may also complete a Maintenance Request Online.  You must be a registered user of this site to use this service.
