NOTE:  If you use an online bill payment service, it is essential you include the account number referenced on your coupon or statement in the memo section of your bank online payment to receive credit for the payment in a timely fashion.  Delays in posting will occur if this information is not contained on your bill payment check.  The payment address for online banking is the same as the above bank lockbox remittance address.

ACH (Recurring Automatic Debit):

To enroll in the ACH Auto Deductions Program, simply complete the Authorization for Automatic Deduction Enrollment Form, attached a voided check and return to the Association's Management Office or mail to:

Online Bill Payment:

Online Bill Payment is available to Unit Owners who are registered users of the NYPR website and are less than 30 days delinquent.  Owners may pay online using their Checking or Savings accounts as well as by Credit Card.  Click here for more information and instructions on how to use the service.
