When are the assessment payments late? |

Assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 10th are assessed a $50 late fee. |

Yes. Please submit all necessary paperwork to Will Knapp at least 7 days prior to the start of your construction. |

When are the Board of Directors Meetings held? |

The Board of Directors Meetings are held every other month on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. The June Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 16th at 7:00 PM in the 3rd floor party room. |

What is the charge to reserve the party room for a private event? |

Party Room Rental Rates apply to groups that total more than 8 people. The party room can be reserved for $75 and a $300 refundable security deposit is required. Contact the Management Office to fill out the necessary paperwork. |

Why is my parking key card not working? |
| A: |
It could be because your parking lease has expired. The owner of the parking space is responsible for making sure the Management Office has a copy of the current lease. |
